Cancellation

We understand cancellations and changes of orders may need to occur at times. Seri Florist agree to accept such cancellation in which event the Customer shall pay Seri Florist the cancellation charges as follows:

• Cancellations made before 24 hours of delivery; a 20% cancellation charge is applicable.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery; a 50% cancellation charge is applicable.
• For orders where delivery has been attempted or no one home to receive your gift, the full price applies.
• For orders where re-route is attempted, an additional RM20.00 applies.

Refund

Upon request of refund, we will process within 14 working days* of receipt of your refund request.  We will request the bank to process the credit to your account or credit card. The time frame for which the credit is refunded will depend on the individual banks.  Any charges relating to the refund process will be borne by you.

All prices quoted shall be in Ringgit Malaysia.
